Outside of work you can find me skiing, golfing, playing basketball or spending quality time with my family.

I’ve been part of the One Stop Mortgage team for over seventeen years, and involved with private lending and real estate my entire life.

I’m passionate about finance, real estate and customer service which makes One Stop Mortgage and the soon to be launched OSM Mortgage Investment Corporation perfect fits for me. The past year has been very exciting working toward the launch of OSMMIC and with it finally here I can’t wait to share the journey with our business partners and co-workers.

I’m actively involved in community sports, live an active north shore lifestyle and love spending time with my family. I look forward to working with you in all aspects of our business.

I’ve been part of the One Stop Mortgage team for over seventeen years and involved with private lending since 2003.

I thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing my business partners creative solutions to more challenging financing situations, especially for those who do not fit the mainstream lending criteria.

Outside the office I enjoy travel, spending time with my family and friends in the great outdoors, along with a passion for animal conservation.

Chad Cousins, Business & Marketing Developer

One Stop Mortgage has been my second family for over ten years. During that time I’ve been fortunate enough to learn various roles; developing a unique perspective of what we do and why we’re an industry leader while allowing me to use my over twenty years of customer service experience to build and strengthen relationships across all aspects of our work. After leading the Administration Team the past seven years, I’m excited to further develop and grow One Stop Mortgage and OSM Mortgage Investment Corporation.

Prior to joining One Stop I obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree and certificate of Urban Studies from Simon Fraser University.

Thearoth Abarca (🔊 Taro), Senior Mortgage Administrator

As the Senior Mortgage Administrator, I am proud to have recently celebrated my twentieth  anniversary working at One Stop Mortgage.

My entire life has been dedicated to customer service and it’s important to me that all your mortgage administration needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Outside the office, my family and I enjoy weekend adventures and checking out the latest and greatest Metro Vancouver restaurants and bakeries.

Michal Kropidlowski, Mortgage Broker

I was introduced to One Stop Mortgage during a work experience program in 2015, quickly realizing the values and ideals made this a company I wanted to be a part of.

Upon completion of my business studies, I joined the team full time in 2017. Since then, I have become a licensed Sub Mortgage Broker in both British Columbia and Alberta, working together with Saverio to provide quick and competitive financial solutions.

Outside of work I enjoy staying active, reading, board games and cheering for the Canucks.  I’m always happy to help and look forward to working with you.

Antonio Saccomanno, Mortgage Broker

I joined One Stop Mortgage in 2017 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alberta.

Having worked in various roles, my focus remains supporting the team, our business partners, and their clients. Whether navigating complex documents or working on time sensitive transactions, I provide an eye for detail and effective communication to deliver exceptional customer service. To further my ability to assist the team, I am currently completing a Masters of Business Administration.

Outside of work you can often find me in the kitchen, listening to music and cooking up a delicious meal for friends and family.

Harsh Jain, Mortgage Broker

I joined the One Stop Mortgage team in 2021, and am proud of the work we do helping brokers and clients fulfill their needs.

I have quickly come to realize this fast paced high pressure environment is a great fit for my energized personality.  I am licensed in both British Columbia and Alberta and have also earned a Bachelor of Business from Royal Roads University.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy being active playing soccer, pickle ball and learning to golf.

Karen Suril, Unlicensed Administrative Assistant

I have over twenty years experience in the finance industry and am thrilled to have joined the One Stop Mortgage team in 2021.

I have a keen eye and really enjoy the finer details of private mortgages; making my role of ensuring all the “I’s” are dotted and “T’s” are crossed a perfect fit. I’ve earned a Bachelor of Commerce Finance from the University of Manitoba along with a Bachelor of Business from the University of Sacramento.

When the workday ends, you can find me working out, thrifting or riding my scooter.

Valentina De Carolis, Unlicensed Mortgage Administrator

I have ten years customer service experience and utilize my previous administrative and accounting roles to assist wherever possible.

Joining this exceptional team in 2021 sparked my interest in the mortgage industry, and I am working towards obtaining my sub mortgage brokers license and expanding my knowledge so that I may further assist the team.  I am also fluent in Italian.

When I’m not at the office, you can find me spending quality time with my family, and watching sports.

Matthew Forster, Mortgage Administrator

As one of the newest members of the One Stop Mortgage Team, I’m excited to bring many years of customer service experience and problem-solving skills to the private lending world.

I’m licensed in BC and AB and look forward to helping you or your clients with all your payout and administration needs.

Away from the office, I enjoy socializing with friends and strangers alike, and using my creative side to read and write stories.

Lauren Waters, Mortgage Broker Assistant

I have over twenty years customer service experience and after many years of running my own business, understand the work ethic and dedication required to be a successful member of this team. Some down time during the pandemic allowed me to obtain my Sub Mortgage Brokers Licence and refocus my energy on a new career path.

When I quickly realized the vast potential of private lending, I jumped at the opportunity to join One Stop Mortgage. Prior to moving to Canada, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Dublin Institute of Technology.

When I’m not behind a desk you can find me exploring beautiful British Columbia! Climbing the highest peaks in the summer and skiing down them in the winter.
